… and it was established in 2006. The main goal of activities is to develop local life and implementing LEADER measure.LEADER has been set up to act as link between European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and the project implementers in the local area. It also means that the LAG has and important role in engaging 3 sectors (public, private and NGO) in setting and accomplishing common goals.

We are are located at Central-Estonia in Northern Järva county and LAG area involves two municipalities Järva Municipality and the rural area of Paide town. Our area is 1516 km² and here lives 10351 inhabitants. The population density is low 6,82 persons per km².

NGO Järva Development Partners is a growing and developing organization. The LAG has currently members from three sectors: 2 local municipalities, business sector representatives and  representatives from third sector (organisations and societies). The LAG is lead by the board that consists of 9 members from different sectors, both municipalities of the LAG have their own representatives in the board. The LAG has two employees: LAG manager and counselor.
